About us
It is one of the main structural divisions of the university. The Educational Department was created with the aim of organizing the educational process according to higher education programs and providing conditions for its improvement. Performs tasks related to the planning and organization of the educational process in all forms of education, the development of normative documentation on educational and methodological work, the diagnosis of the educational process, statistical processing of certification results, compiles consolidated statistical reports of the university on the movement of the student body, the annual report of the university on educational and methodological work.
All problems related to the preparation and approval of curricula and schedules of the educational process are being solved in the educational department and with its direct participation. The educational department prepares packages of documents on licensing, certification and accreditation of the university, prepares materials on the rating assessment of the university and specialties, monitors the planning and implementation of the academic workload of the teaching staff.
The Educational Department works closely with faculties and departments, the Educational and Methodological Council, the editorial and publishing department, the information technology center, etc. This makes it possible to improve the quality of managerial and organizational activities.
Areas of activity of the Training Department:
  • current planning, organization and control of the educational process;
  • improving the regulatory documentation governing the educational process;
  • organization of interaction of structural units in the development of the basic educational documentation of the university;
  • reporting on the implementation of educational programs and the educational process at the university;
  • monitoring the planning and actual fulfillment of the academic workload by the teaching staff;
  • management of students' personal files and organization of registration of educational documents;
  • analysis, generalization of information for preparation of decisions of the rector's office on management of the educational process;
  • analysis of the educational process, the results of the examination sessions and the final state certification.

Goals and objectives of the Training department
  • The aim is to improve and effectively plan, organize, manage and control the educational process in the IUCR based on the joint activities of senior management, faculty, teaching and support staff, administrative and economic staff and students to train highly qualified specialists based on credit technology in accordance with the Strategy for the Development of Education in the Kyrgyz Republic for 2012-2020.
  • plans, organizes and controls the educational process of all forms of education;
  • organizes and supervises students' internships;
  • forms and maintains a database on the student population of all forms of education;
  • plans and organizes professional development of the teaching staff;
  • carries out all types of reporting on the academic activities of the university;
  • coordinates the work on the implementation and use of a point-rating system for teaching and evaluating student performance at faculties;
  • Collects and verifies documentation for the rating assessment of teachers' activities and the establishment of monthly salary allowances from the incentive payments fund.;
  • carries out work on the transition to a tiered education system;
  • develops plans for the introduction of innovative technologies, active and interactive teaching methods into the educational process and coordinates this work;
  • collects and provides materials for licensing and accreditation of the university;
  • carries out regular inspections of teachers' compliance with labor discipline, student attendance, accounting and optimization of the use of classroom resources, monitoring of class schedules, etc.
